On Wednesday, April 19, Birdville ISD Superintendent Dr. Gayle Stinson announced the appointment of Nathan Frymark, Ed.D., as principal of Haltom Middle School. He is replacing Tim Drysdale, who was recently named principal at Birdville High School.   

Frymark has been principal of Green Valley Elementary since July 2021. Before joining Green Valley, he was  principal at Stowe Elementary from 2019–21, an assistant principal at Haltom Middle School from 2016–19; assistant principal at Stowe Elementary from 2015–16; assistant principal at Bowie Middle School in Irving ISD from 2013–15; dean of students at Austin Middle School in Irving ISD from 2012–13; and department chair, English as a second language teacher and Spanish teacher at Richland High School from 2008–12.   

He earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Texas at Arlington and master’s and doctorate degrees from Dallas Baptist University.
