Birdville ISD Superintendent Dr. Gayle Stinson announced the appointment of Tim Drysdale as principal of the Birdville High School. Drysdale is replacing Jason Wells, who was hired as the superintendent of schools for Bluff Dale ISD.  

Drysdale has been principal at Haltom Middle School since 2019. Prior to Haltom Middle School, he was principal at West Birdville Elementary from 2013-19, principal at Hardeman Elementary from 2009–13, assistant principal at Hardeman Elementary from 2007–09, and a teacher at Hardeman Elementary from 1998–2007.  

He earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of North Texas and master’s degree from Dallas Baptist University.
